Constantly pushing their creativity and diversity, Random Soul have come up with an amazing 4 track EP for you!

Leading the way is the funky and cut up vibes of the dance floor track ‘Confused’. With a vocal hook that sticks in your head and that undeniable live bass groove, this is truly a summer hit. From there they take things a little underground and jazzy with ‘Hit The Jack-Pot’. Using some lush jazz keys and upright bass, this one takes you right to the club with it’s relentless energy and elements of Jack. After getting you on the floor, it’s time for some music with a message. ‘A Change In Perspective’ uses a clever vocal sample with hypnotic keys to build and drop into a soulful masterpiece. Layered with rhodes, synth pads, strings and a warm rounded bass, it screams an old school vibe, but delivers a soulful club banger thats ready for now. Finally to add another style to the mix, Husky himself slows things down and focuses on the groove for his remix of ‘Confused’. Smooth vocals, crisp drums and delicate piano chords help to equal an essential tune for any Nu-Disco/Deep house DJ’s.

A four track release by Johnny Fiasco that explores the jazzier & melodic side of Deep house music. The favourite for me is the first track ‘Cielo Y Tiera’

Scott Diaz & Matt Jam Lamont have been working together since 2008, forming a fruitful collaboration which has been responsible for remixes of much loved house classics such as Roy Davis Jr’s ‘Gabrielle’ and Raze’s ‘Break 4 Love’, as well as projects for Champion Records and Kerri Chandler’s Madhouse.
Scott has been making a splash in the last 2 years, most notably for his pitch perfect remixes of Lovebirds ‘Want You In My Soul’, and Ron Carroll’s ‘Back Together. He’s a big part in the revival of all things funky and bumpin’ in the house world. Matt, a pioneer of UK garage and house, continues to remain as relevant as ever, still racking up the gigs and taking his sound to to Dubai, Ibiza, the USA and more.
The idea was to uncover some perhaps under-appreciated tracks from Scott and Matt’s back catalogue and this EP ‘Essentials Volume 1’ contains five previously released jams alongside one brand new cut, entitled ‘Dub Like Mine’.

Hailing from Exeter in the United Kingdom, Danny Phillips serves up 2 disco inspired jams on ‘Feel The Vibe EP’. His effervescent brand of garage house is the result of a great ear for making disparate sample sources fit together to create dazzling new melodies, and of course is heavily influenced by New Jersey pioneer Todd Edwards.
Husky adds his trademark with a remix that touches on the spirit of french house, complete with a funky bassline and filtered breakdowns.
